Iron Oxide Pigments
SunferroxTM inorganic iron oxide pigments are chemically inert and stable in all weather conditions. They are safe, non-toxic colours with excellent resistance to UV radiation, fading and leaching, and are virtually maintenance-free.
Coloured Concrete and asphalt materials serve as methods of demarcation, design and beautification in several constructions. Our product's performance is consistent across the wide variety of shapes of coloured concrete materials. SunferroxTM iron oxide pigments can not only be used to add colour but also to meet the highest demands for colourfastness and weather resistance.
Generally, iron oxide pigments are resistant to alkalis and are characterized by high colouring power, which is case of SunferroxTM is guaranteed by no filler usage and their inherent synthetic origin. Additionally, a short agitation time is required for wet mixtures, and use SunferroxTM pigments gives an optimum homogenization of the product.
Divnova’s brand of SunferroxTM metal (iron and chrome) pigments are used in both concrete and asphalt systems for various applications such as pavers, tiles, blocks, bricks, shingles, screeds, and pavements.
Established products such as SunferroxTM iron oxide and chrome oxide pigments have high colour strength and, because of their excellent light-fastness, are both durable and reliable.
Our brand is well known in the industry for it’s:
Light and Chemical Stability
Weatherability
Hiding Power (Opacity)
UV Absorption
Consistent colour Tone
Cellulose Ethers
CennloseTM cellulose ethers are water-soluble polymers derived from cellulose, the most abundant naturally available polymer. Cellulose unlike any other types of natural polymers, such as starch and gums, fails to dissolve in water. CennloseTM cellulose ethers when dissolved in water, offers a variety of functions such as thickening, surface activity, protective colloid, water retention, shape retention, etc. These functions can be used in a wide variety of industries.
The water retention and protective colloid properties of CennloseTM are especially useful in the construction industry, as mixing of cellulose ethers into building materials can improve operation properties of the material and increase the efficiency and quality of the same. Use of CennloseTM has also shown to improve the properties for masonry mortars, plasters, and water-proofing mortars.
Divnova offers the following range of cellulose ethers under the CennloseTM brand, specifically for the building and construction industry:
Cellulose Ethers
Viscosity Range (mPa.s)
Viscosity Range (mPa.s)
Hydroxypropyl methyl Cellulose (HPMC)
CennloseTM HPMC
400 – 1,00,000
Methyl Hydroxyethyl Cellulose (MHEC)
CennloseTM MHEC
5 – 1,00,000
CennloseTM HP cellulose ethers series products helps building materials application with more ease and increased performance.
Increased water retention
Decreased water usage
Stability in formulations with low water content
Increased cohesiveness
Greater thickening control
Sag resistance
Increased workability
Increased material strength
Different grades are chemically and physically optimized for adjusting and controlling specific properties of dry mortars and building products (cement and gypsum based).
CennloseTM HP series cellulose ethers’ quality is well qualified in the industry and special care is taken to continually provide our customers with best-in-market products and service.
Redispersible Polymers
AccopolTM are water-redispersible polymer products, produced by spray-drying of aqueous polymer dispersions (latex). Once a latex powder containing dry mortar is mixed with water, latex powder particles redisperse, desagglomerating into small elementary particles.
AccopolTM has applications in thermal insulations, wall putty, water-proofing cementitious slurries, and tile adhesives. Depending on application the AccopolTM of latex powders are available as co-polymers of:
Vinyl Acetate and Ethylene
Vinyl Acetate and VEOVA
Vinyl Acetate, Acrylic and VEOVA
Vinyl Chloride, Vinyl Acetate, and Ethylene
Incorporation of AccopolTM latex powders enhances the properties of cement or gypsum based formulations:
Before Setting
After Setting
Reduced water use
Improved workability and rheological properties
Extended open time
Improved adhesion on numerous surfaces
Increased flexibility
Increased cohesive and flexural strength
Improved water repellency
Improved H2O
The inherent properties and single component packaging allows for higher cost savings compared to liquid polymers.
AccopolTM is made in a ISO 9001:2000 certified plant meeting the highest quality standards.
